I had lost my phone. I went to the Alltell store at Walmart. I was told if I upgraded my monthly charges I would get a new phone. I did and with this phone I received a home charger, car charger, and carrying case. I was in no way informed that I would be charged for the accessoreis-$31.95.
When I called Alltel to complain about this "rip off" charge, they promptly dropped the charges. I appreciate their dropping their charges, but how many people are "ripped off" in this manner that do not take further action about it. It's tuff enough making a living without scumbags as this sellsman taking advantage of people. I hope the next time I'm in Walmart, I see this guy. I'm going to see the manager of Walmart today.
