Had the owner from Cool Power of Suffolk County New York come to my house? We took a 10 year warranty on central air, also a 5 year warranty on labour. The unit is not even a year old that he swore any problems we will be there! Its broken we can't even get anyone on the phone. Took $12000 in cash! Be ware! This is a major rip off company! The owner sat here and swore any problems any emergency we will be here! The unit is a top of the line Lennox, It is his labour that is horrible. It will cost me 200.00 to get some one here.
