A Viviteck 56" TV quit working while under warranty without sending anyone to look at it they stated that what was wrong with the TV was not covered by the warranty

I called to request service on an 18 month old 56" Vivitek TV that is still under the extened warranty that I purchased for an additional 150.00. The TV cost $1500.00. When I told them what happended they stated they would set it up for service. After a month of calls and no one ever coming to look at my TV they stated that was was wrong was not covered by the warranty. I told them how could they determine that if no one ever came to my house and they said well you said it quit working and that is the lamp so therefore it is not covered.

I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me there was nothing he could do some jerk named Mat (probably not his name) and told me to have a good day and hung up.
