In April 22, some installer showed up and replaced a direct duo with a direc 2way dish. They entered my home office handed me the modems said they could not get them working and left. Direcpc already had charged my credit card $400.00. Over the next 4 to 5 months, I tried to get it going. I spent more than 100 hours on the phone, repeating the same diagnostics with a new moron that I had done previous day. Direcpc has 2 support areas that can not talk to each other and does use the same case numbers. Depending on your luck of the draw the person helping with the problem the day before is in Georgia and the next one is in Florida.

After working my way up the chain of morons at Hughes Networks, one of the head techies said there was something wrong with my equipment. They would send some one out. They had already sent a second installer who got the thing working, but then had to communicated with Maryland and screwed the thing up. This time, they routed me to a zombie who tried to diagnois the problem again. Duh!!! After much yelling and frustration and lost time on the job. I gave up and told them I want my money back. This time they kept trying to get me to agree to send someone out. I stated I want the service stopped. Because they had my credit card, I canceled the card.

Back in July they sent a letter asking for $500.00 for services I never received. Friday, they sent a letter asking for $800.00 for services I never received, threatened to stop my service - gee it never started in the first place so how can they stop it. And turn me over to collections.

This letter said they were at some 800 number from 8 am to 11 pm EST 7 days aweek. Guess what the morons never did answer the phone. It takes a lot of guts to threaten collection agencies and attempt to collect for services not renedered!!!
