Spammed me, offering 10 free ringtones and actually billing my phone for monthly fees for games and ringtones I did not order Internet

These companies offered 'free' ringtones and then proceeded to charge my cellphone for services I did not order or request. Total bill is over $360. I cancelled but the bills kept coming.
