Clear-Vue Super Booster ad is deceptive advertising. Will ship back and ask for money back

Ordered ClearVue Super Booster in July. They cashed my check then and finally mailed in November. I installed as they said but it didn't work. I am mailing back and asking for my refund.

Their ad was deceptive. They made you think you could have this product and wouldn't need cable any more. It didn't work at all.
