The New Connection
Same problem, rude salespeople, misrepresentation of product, did not come "brand new factory sealed"

They do not send the product or items as described. I verified this with the Casio Company on the camera I purchased. It should have come in the Casio Black/Red retail box. They don't change anything if its mail order. The free items that go with it are not free, they come seperate if you want them for an additional fee... For shipping and handling. Dont shop here. You will be sorry. It wont be what you ordered. I was going to give this as a gift. I thought it would be the same as going to a retail store or chain and according to Casio company, it should have been. The item may even be refurbished and they are calling it new. Big scam
