I was sold 2 mp4 players on december 12 out of a comfort inn in alliance ohio. Both costing 60 dollars since ive given the mp4 players for christmas gifts i have had nothing but trouble with them.
The headphone jacks do not work, the screens are sliding arond internally, they will not hold movies and songs and adresses and such as there is not enough space. The charger ports quit working and niether one will hold a charge of any length.
I tryed using the e-mail address on the box to get a refund but when i try it says thier sight is down. I am a single mother i dont have money to be throwing away now my kids are out of 2 mp4 players and i am ou of 127.18 dollars.
Can anyone help me get my money back?
