I purchased a 61" DLP RCA TV in 2005 for $2700.00. Every TV I have ever owned has easily lasted 10 years or more. Call me stupid but I believe most people have an expectation when they purchase a TV that it will last more than 3 years. The TV is in for repair, warranty period has ran out and the repair costs are over $1800.00 making the TV worthless. RCA no longer makes the DLP TV's, I wonder why? I believe they knew they were selling junk and should be accountable for reasonable repair costs.
