I started this in september and they said I would have my tv by christmas, well it is almost easter and I still dont have it. You cant talk to a supervisor and the customer reps are useless. They tell you the same thing over and over, they will look into it and respond in 10-17 bus. Days. Well thats been at least 4x. I have a letter from them stating it would be shipped on january 17. Well that didnt happen, then they told me the end of February and still nothing.
They will not give me my money back and I have paid over $1700, they say it isnt their policy. Well they have not followed any other policy yet so I want my money back!!! Today I got my bank to help me, lets see how long it is before I hear from them when they cant get their money out of my account!!
