Samsung monitor is 40 days old. Same broke, called Samsung they stated they would replasce it with a refurbshed monitor or i could sent it to a New Jersey repair center to be repaired.
I called the New Jersery repair center, the lady there spoke broken english, was not able to give her my address so the monitor could be picked up. I called Samsung back, they took the information but I have still not heard from them. Very poor service and poor equipment.
