I bought a 37 inch LG LCD flat panel tv from Best Buy (which I love) for $1,300 and three days to the day the thing broke. It would power on but no picture and static for sound. Anyway I called this company and they told me the warranty was over and I complained because it was by three days, so they extended my warranty by 90 more days. Here is the problem... Two weeks later and still no tv. The repair guy has been out three times all with the wrong part, then he tells me he will be out in a day or two, and so I wait, no repair man.
I call him three or four times and he don't return my calls. When you call the company all you get are runarounds.
So I just want people to know if you are going to spend that kind of money on a television, make sure you do not buy this product because when it breaks you will get just what I got... A $1,300 floor decoration and a 19 tube tv as a backup.
