I ordered an Actron diagnostic scanner through Amazon.com in mid. It did not work, so I called tech support. They suggested I try it on another vehicle and/or replace a certain car fuse. I tried both, but it still did not work.
An Actron rep confirmed via phone that the product carried a one year warranty. She advised me to return it to manufacturer, along with invoice as proof of purchase. I did this.
That was over seven months ago. I never received a response from Actron. I regret that I did not return the product via registered mail, so it was impossible to track.
