No invoice with order. Out of date product unusable. Cheated

I ordered 3 MP3 players, which were "suppose" to hold at least 300 songs. I was shipped 6, and charge for them all. When I got them, there was NO invoice with them.

I called and talked to "Joe" and he gave me some song and dance and made no sense whatsoever. I told him I wanted an invoice and didn't order 3 and He again rambled off a bunch of senseless words.

I bought these as gifts and they are outdated and cannot even be used as you cannot download on to them. Plus, if they did work they would only hold 20 songs.

I don't believe I will get my money back, but would love to see this cheater put in jail.
