Purchased a Playstation 2 for my son and got home and it did not work. Tried to take back the Playstation 2 and the store electronics clerk (Paige) said could not accept return because the Playstation 2 was used. The electronics clerk pointed out various indicators that showed PS2 was used.
I agreed that the PS2 did look used, but asserted that this was the exact Playstation 2 that I purchased from them about one hour earlier.
I asked to speak with management, Support Manager Phyllis and Assistant Manager Corinna both stated that they could not accept return because Playstation 2 was used.
The original packaging looked pristine - exactly as if I had been purchasing a new PS2.
