No refunds, NO exchanges, NO questions asked

Downloaded 3 games on 7/3/08
19.99,15.99, and 16.99

Realized after downloading, that 2 that we did, were for PSP, NOT playstation 3!

Called to tell playstation - and explained - we do not even have a psp, and just wanted to trade those downloads that we did by accident for some we could use.

And they JUST said - tuff - no refunds - no exchanges - period.

Asked for supervisor, put on hold for 30 min, then disconnected. Emailed SEVERAL times with same answer - TUFF.
