Online buyers should beware of this store, Foto Connection. They advertise their product at a low price and supposed to be a complete set. However, once you already placed your order, they will trick you into a scam sales. They will ask you via your e-mail to call them by phone to finalize your order. During your phone conversation, they will surprise you that other items like batteries are not included and will offer you a price that is 3 to 4 times the regular price. Then suddenly you will lose connection with them. It will be difficult to contact them, but once you get hold of them, they will say that your orders have been finalized and already been shipped. As a result your price is very much higher than other stores.
This store has a very bad sales modus operandi and I believe with the other usacomplaints.com against this store. Moreover, if you ask for order cancellation, they will charge for big cancellation fee and re-stocking fee.
