Blue Hippo they were supposed to send me a 900 dollar rebate back and i never got my money, i call and send messeges to them but they refuse to pay me back my money

The blue hippo company was supposed to send me my 900 dollar rebate, but i never got my money. I have been waiting for about 8 months and they still refuse to send me my money. I call and messege them but they do not answer. I need that money i work to hard for it and they just take it without paying me back.
