Terrible customer service!

1st telephone call with WORKER, Andrew... Named to obtain warranty function planned on an LG washer & LG Dishwasher. Spoke with Andrew and he'd a higher level of professional quality that confirmed a genuine curiosity about clients and also the means to fix their issues.

After her ranting trend of “question and click” she set me on-hold for around 10 minutes until a Person Service Boss, Steve arrived on and stated he understood anything and might follow up.
