This company CEC Solutions LLC-Guaranteed Consumer Funding promised me a great computer and help in building my credit. They took all my information... Address, social security number and bank information telling me that they would then send me a membership packet in which would include a sales order, lawaway agreement and consumer protection agency disclaimer all of which needed to be signed and returned in order to get my computer.
After reviewing the documents I decided I was not interested in this program and did not return the documents. I also called and cancelled the order and they told me all was taken care of. Then 2 weeks later I went to the bank to withdraw money from my account and was told that there had been 2 automatic withdrawals from Gauranteed Consumer Funding totaling $167.00. I never authorized these withdrawals.
I called the company to dispute these withdrawals and they told me I had made a verbal agreement and was not entitled to my money back. They outright refused to return my money. It clearly states on the forms they sent me that in order for proper processing of my order the documents must be signed and returned. I did not do that and they went ahead and made the withdrawals anyway.
