The company committed a product rebate fraud. All rebate papers were complete and sent to them on time by me. The company did approve my rebate on their web site but did not send rebate check on time (8-10 weeks). They excused themselves telling me that rebate check was not delivered to me because US Mail lost it. After few e-mails they finally sent me a check but is was $30 instead of $40 as it was printed on the rebate form. They told me that they decided to reduce rebate amount after the product was sold to me.
