Purchased ipod accessories from hdaccessory.com on december 17 and paid to have them shipped priority mail. Did not receive merchandise until december 24, which was too late. Attempted to call hdaccessory repeatedly and attempted to email them over and over for instructions on how to return merchandise. I also filled out the return form on their website. To date, i am unable to get them to answer the phone or respond to my emails. I have contacted my credit card company for assistance. I finally sent the merchandise back by certified mail and they even refused the package.
