This company charged me for my order and never sent it, nor would they respond to my e-mail or phone calls

I ordered accessories for my i-pod on December 30th the company sent me a confirmation number and that was the last I heard of them. They have not responded to my e-mail, nor can I get them by telephone, the phone number has changed, and no one answers the new number. But the company charged my credit card, and has not sent me my items.
