My husband bought me a Nikon D-40 camera for Xmas on 12/15/07. He was told that they did not have the camera case in stock but would have it 1 week after Xmas. We have been calling the store and we have heard one excuse after another, shipment did not come in, shipment only had one case, shipment will be here tomorrow, they have them at the Hartford store.
As of 1/21/08 I still do not have a case. I called the corporate office and the customer service rep is suppose to get in touch with the district manager and call me back. I hope this does not fall through.
