Connected below is my criticism to Sears regarding their disappointment to supply an acceptable way to sign up for their discounts on kitchen appliances. Their workers were rude, and/or just couldn't aid due to a insufficient corporate process or since the worker couldn't sufficiently comprehend the English language. Their site did not function with no you could clarify why, or how to proceed to adhere to Sears' needs. I'll never buy from Sears again.

I purchased many devices and also have been not able to apply for my refund of around $290, in the purchase of $1874.83 for all aoppliances. Ref.: salescheck # 035049028426. After four useless efforts to apply for my refund, I approached the Sears shop in Kenai, Alaska for help. The sales agents I talked with were unhelpful and declined to assist me till I "settled down". The sales affiliate, John named me by telephone and stated he had looked after anything, which a verification mail could be delivered.

I do want to ensure that my criticism and refund continues to be properly listed with Sears. I can't think just how that Sears performs company with clients once they took the cash from its client. If Sears managed to get as challenging to buy items because it does to gather its refund and/or consult with customer support, Sears might have been out-of company years back.

I'd like an identification of reciept of my request my refund, per the contract I created at that time of purchase. I'd like Sears to recognize that I qualified for that rebate which was guaranteed in my experience at that time of purchase and that I need Sears to provide me the day that I'm to receive the rebate, and acknowlegement of the quantity of rebate. I actually donot think that the best hand understands exactly what the left does in your company. I'd like a written guarantee the refund is likely to be recognized and also the proper files have already been submitted. Normally, I do want to understand what further steps are required from me. I've previously posted numerous demands for help, created four efforts to publish the info towards the sears discount website, within an try to meet up with the needs that Sears needs before Sears may satisfy its refund contract which was guaranteed in my experience on 12/28/07, from the Sears salesman.
