After four useless efforts to apply for my refund, I approached the Sears shop in Kenai, Alaska for help. The sales agents I talked with were unhelpful and declined to assist me till I "settled down". The sales affiliate, John named me by telephone and stated he had looked after anything, which a verification mail could be delivered.
I do want to ensure that my criticism and refund continues to be properly listed with Sears. I can't think just how that Sears performs company with clients once they took the cash from its client. If Sears managed to get as challenging to buy items because it does to gather its refund and/or consult with customer support, Sears might have been out-of company years back.
