Whirlpool Duet Gas Dryer
Terrible service!

Unique Service Phone: 10/13/07 (F70 problem signal and wouldn't function). The Support Technology believed he was there to repair a machine and stated he never needed to focus on a Duet dryer. He conducted no diagnostics, but chose to substitute among the enterprise panels to determine if that will repair it. The component came in 6-10 times not surprisingly, and so I planned another company phone. Exactly the same Technology arrived and didn't understand how to start the dryer, therefore he pried off the leading facia band incorrectly and smashed all the videos. He requested the damaged component and questioned easily might do the installation myself when it came in another 6-10 times. I said "certain".

Times later, I obtained a IMMEDIATE phone from the various Technology who had a need to understand when he was at my house, since the support purchase didn't possess the correct specifics and he didn't remember coming to my house. I told him it had been another Technology who had been at my home. That lifted my problem concerning the component purchase, and so I named A&E. They'd no idea by what was happening using the other Technology. Despite the fact that they assured me the component was requested, it didn't appear within 6-10 times not surprisingly. On contacting them again, A&E mentioned they didn't begin to see the component order plus they resubmitted the purchase.

The component came sometime in December, however it was the incorrect shade. Named A&E who again stated they requested the brand new part, and mentioned in my experience about the telephone that it'd be delivered immediately and also the support Technology could be out to get the incorrect part. 12/29: Dryer giving F70 signal and never working again. After arrangement support through the Whirlpool site, I named A&E (Stephanie) who stated a Technology would need to emerge to-order the component, because A&E customer support representatives don't understand part numbers. I informed her something phone is planned for 1/3, to ensure that Technology might purchase the component. I also reported (really properly without shouting or being demeaning) this was the toughest support I've actually obtained from the business, which I had a need to consult with a boss. She stated you might contact within 24 hours. I informed her which was exactly the same reaction I acquired last period, which nobody actually named. She stated that was just because a concept wasn't delivered from the preceding repetition. I informed her it was the toughest support I actually obtained from the business which I'm processing grievances Having A&E and Whirlpool (I Have just submitted another written criticism in my own existence of 45 years). I named Whirpoolis components division myself, who subsequently named A&E to sort out the problem. The Whirlpool repetition mentioned it had been solved which Whirlpool is delivering the component straight. Why would not A&ELIZABETH consider exactly the same 10 units to complete what I did so? Simply because they don't care one iota about "customer support", plus they create that really apparent.
