I purchased a tv at Circuit City and purchased to their $300 off the tv should you registered for direct tv. I had been onthefence about carrying it out and was really reluctant. I requested the repetition if there have been any costs or costs, i.E.installment, etc... He assured me there have been DEFINITELY the one and only the regular costs. He got our info and requested for my charge card data w/d direct television needed it for "credit reasons." I had been guaranteed IT HAD BEEN NOT for almost any kind of payment. That exact same evening, direct television charged my charge card $232 for HD-DVR "Equipment" in addition to a "shipping charge" for that HD DVR package. NO BODY EVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT ANY OF THE!!! I called my creditcard business. They sent me to direct tv. Direct TV mentioned you requested it, also poor so unhappy. The truth is, I never actually talked to anybody from Direct TV w/d the little one at Circuit City managed the whole point. And so I visit Circuit City. The very first affiliate at customer support could not perform a factor. The 2nd supervisor, accepted that their affiliates, particularly the periodic aid, was not excellent and probably fooled me, although not deliberately. After I requested that I be returned that cash. He explained I can not do this. After I told him I'd prosecute him, he got another supervisor who mentioned he might "fulfill me half-way" because we were equally to blame and its own their term against mine. I expected for another greater supervisor and he got my quantity and explained they'd call. To date, its been 3 times with no telephone call. Exactly what a fraud. The very best element, direct televisionis hookup man introduced all the gear with him. Why can there be a "shipping charge" for just one particular element? Do not buy anything from circuit area!!!
