Billing mishaps and extortion

Do not get me wrong, so far as the endless information and message support being all inclusive, I really like Helio. So far as their customer support which their billing division is apparently run by monkeys, I'm about prepared to consume an earlier termination charge and let them know to push it.

I pulled up my statement for my second-line and find out a stability of $238.00. WOW! Nothing saved, moments nicely underneath the 1500, what exactlyis the offer?

I visit a cost for $138 declaring NSF. Several issues with this:

1. I never had a statement for the reason that quantity.

2. I've never compensated by check; usually with American Express.

I get some good CSR about the point, who seemingly have difficulties with the English language. After I tell her this is definitely an error, and that I have all funds displaying compensated and promptly, she really wants to claim. I tell her that I'm prepared to spend the total amount that I really owe, although not the $138. After fifteen minutes on-hold, I'm informed when I actually donot need my support stop instantly, I've to pay for the $238 and that I may send in evidence that I actually donot owe this to get a feasible reimbursement or credit.

Being that my spouse wants his point for function, I had been essentially extorted into spending this. Along with mailing in evidence that I actually donot owe this, American Express is informing me to challenge it once the cost is published.
