I recently bought a CW5700 security camera from Walmart and when things didn't work right I made numerous attempts and finally contacted WiseComm tech support or so I thought.
I actually got a receptionist and she told me all agents were busy and she would have someone return my call later that evening. Needless to say I never recieved a call back and they have totally ignored all attempts to email them.
I will never do any business with WiseComm again and would not even suggest that anyone by one of their products. I have serious doubts as to the fact that they even have a tech support department. They certainly don't seem willing to help or even return email or phone calls.
