After a lot more than 8 weeks, 9/8 to present (11/1/6), I'm still waiting for the return or replacement of my Garmin Nuvi 350 from Fry's Electronics' support office. Numerous calls as well as in-shop appointments did not support. The support representatives are most likely the rudest, personally and about the telephone. It was my first venture with Cookis prolonged 3-year assistance guarantee. Exactly what a terrible offer and expertise! I'd have already been better-off with no Cook's guarantee. Garmin might have delivered me the alternative within 2 to four weeks.
