Frys electronics is a consumer fraud ripoff

On June 02 I purchased a pdc 32x12x48 cdrw item 3229111 for $ 74.99 with a promised rebate of $ 30.00 dollars.

I sent the upc the rebate form and receipt within the required time and I have not received anything.
My receipt and rebate form has no phone number to investigate what happened to my rebate money.
