Would rather use two tin cans tied to a string than go with these theiving bastards again

I HATE these people with a blinding passion. I had an account with them from November until December. I got four bills during that time, even after repeated calls to them asking where the hell my statements were. I cancelled my account and paid their ridiculously high cancellation fee, and FORBID them to renew it.

After that fiasco, I recieved nothing until July when I recieved a settlement notice from a collection agency stating that I owed somewhere in the ballpark of $400. I ended up settling with the agency for just under half of the total, and paid it to get them off my back and to safeguard my credit.

These monsters must be stopped at all costs. These idiots should be reported to the BBB, the FBI, the CIA and maybe even the EPA. I can't help but feel a little powerless here. Something MUST be done, the only question is, what?
