I was approached 3 times within the past year by guys selling speakers out of the back of their vehicles. The first time they approached me was at the Citgo gas station in Deer Park, IL. He was driving a white work van. He asked me if I was looking for any home speaker systems and that he had a great deal for me, I told him no.
The second time was at Jewel in Palatine, IL. Same style white work van, but a different guy. Same situation as the first. The 3rd time was at the Citgo gas station in Lake Zurich, IL. This time I was approached by a different guy in a Black Jeep. I finally gave in a bought them.
THEY ARE PIECES OF CRAP! The msrp says $1,500.00 but it should say $50 (if that). They were packaged very nice and the sub woofer looked even better, but all the other speakers looked so cheap. Plus the sound was horrible!
