I purchased a camcorder from this company. They called me back saying they wanted to verify my order and see if I wanted any accessories, which I didn't. Eight days later they sent me a e-mail which stated that the item was backordered and would take 5 to 6 weeks. I had ordered this for a gift so I canceled this order and went elsewhere. Wasn't worth the effort to save a few bucks, steer clear.
