LG Electronics Air Conditioner - Hampton Bay
Poor product, useless warranty!

On May 18 I bought A - 14,000 BTU Hampton Baywindow AC At Home Site. On May 15 I started having issues using the device. Based on the guide, my device includes a 5-year guarantee.

I called the client support quantity which was outlined about the owners guide also it related me to some person in India and also the headache started. After a number of telephone calls, some over an hour or so long, they approved company. They're arguing the guarantee, and twice, have requested me to send them a duplicate. First they explained that 2 yrs after I bought the AC, they transformed the guarantee and someone else explained it had been a writing mistake.

It was subsequently decided the component required for the fix was no more available. Nevertheless it got a number of telephone calls to obtain this determined. Lastly, they explained they would need to provide me a brand new device.

Today the thing is: they need a duplicate of the bill that will be therefore passed that it'll not be understandable easily attempt to send it for them. After I bought the system, I quickly submitted the guarantee card and that I still possess the stub. I expected them when they might examine their documents since this could possess the purchase time. I had been informed the card was for product recalls only. I hung-up the telephone and ripped out the stub and also the very first thing it claims is " By finishing and returning your item registration card you'll obtain these essential advantages". Very first thing outlined is Guarantee Verification". And so I named them back and study it for them also it did not support whatsoever. Lastly after being about the telephone together for such a long time, my cellphone went dead.

I then went into Homedepot with the paperwork, such as the bill and described all this towards the supervisor. He's attempting to assist me but by July 26, this really is still uncertain.
