I bought two Conenct3D products one USB drive and one SD card from Buy.com on January. Both of them were listed with $50 mail in rebate each. Its been more than 5 months since I sent the rebate forms. The stated processing time was 8-10 weeks. But their website still shows that the form is still processing. When I try to call the number listed no one answers the phone. When I searched the internet I found out that his company has ripped off several other people besides me. They have unsatisfactory record with BBB (Better Business Bureau). Too bad I checked the bbb just now.
