I have purchased several Cricket phones only to malfunction in 6 months not due to damage but due to manf defect upon taking them to a cricket corp office and waiting 3hrs each time and telling them I did not drop or spill liquid on it they always look for a little scratch and call it an insurance issue to call Assurion when I call Assurion they ask if the phone has been dropped or liquid damaged I say no and they say to take it back to the store it is under manf warranty with them. Obviously this leaves me know where to go and I do believe it is fraudulent and want some reprucution it is now becoming costly and I might as well use a regular service provider I am spending the same amount of money. Please help me in getting resolution P. S desperate
