I had submitted a trendnet rebate for a gigabit network card last year. After 3 months of not receiving any rebate, I called them. I reached carlos at the rebate department who told me they would make good on the rebate.
After numerous calls reminding him to send the rebate, it still has not come. I am writing this now to warn everyone about the rebate hassels I am going through with this company.
