Ripoff poor mx 200 support

I purchased a MX 200 camera and need a copy of the software to download the images from the camera to my computer. When I contacted their support, they advised me they don't have it!

Anyone have a copy you can send me?

I think it is ABSURED for a company to destroy all the software needed for any of their products. Regardless of how long ago they stopped producing it. How much storage does it take to keep copies???
