I called Marty from Holidat TV to come over and fix my Sony 46" widescreen tv. He came over and gave me a $374 estimate, but at first, didnt even know if he had already been to my house to test the tv. So he tells me that I need to pay half or all up-front. Normally I would never do it, but maybe it was the mood I was in, so I paid him all of it. After taking 3 weeks to even contact me (After saying it would only take 10 days) I had to call him and he set-up a day to come out and fix it. 4 weeks after the estimate he came out and said he couldnt fix it because something had happened to the tv from the time he tested it to the time he tried to fix it. So he tells me that he has to call Sony to find out what the deal is with the tv. Never called me back, and I called him 4 times and left nicemessages everytime. ONLY after I left a slightly threatening message about possibly referring this case to an attorney did he finally call me back. No refund offered. The guy was also rude to my wife when he came to fix the tv (I wasnt there)
