I created an on line buy on 12/02 but never received it. I delivered the very first e-mail around 12/15 wondering where it had been and wanting shipping info, I've delivered 3 extra types but haven't actually got an answer. I searched everywhere on the site and there's no 800 telephone number (obviously). This really is absurd, just how can they still publish a once they are providing nothing. What choices do I've?
