I purchased an emachine computer from Office Depot at the end of June since then I've had it working maybe a month out of that time. First they said it was the power supply and sent me the part, then that didn't work. So I had to wait for a box to be shipped to me, then ship it back then wait about 10 days or so to get it back. When I finally received it back, I plugged it in and it worked for all of two days.
So I called, and now I'm angry, because I've spent 1000.00 on something that didn't work. I asked if they could replace the entire machine, they told me they could not. And then their customer service supervisor (Ronica) was the rudest supervisor I've ever talked to. (I will say that I am service manager and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I would be fired) I was angry but not rude, I didn't curse or get nasty with her until she was rude with me.
They absolutely refuse to replace it and say that there is no way they can do that. Ironically enough when my husband called the next day they told they could replace it as long as it went thru corporate. But that would take awhile.
Well it did not get replaced so I sent it back again, I recently received it back again, and it still doesn't work, in fact I found out that they did the same thing to it. It didn't work the first time, I can't imagine why it would work a second time. So now here I am no computer, no help, and one irate customer.
If anyone can help me please let me know, I'm so disapointed in this, we waited a year to buy a new computer, and when we finally did, this is what I get, I was on maternity leave we couldn't afford a whole lot, so we purchased something we could afford. Not to mention, I've never been able to send out announcements, because all my baby pictures on the computer.
I feel totally ripped off by emachines and office depot.
Please help if you can.
