Magic Chef Electric Range
4th or fifth F1 faulting keyboard

I've approached Maytag Companyis, (lately bought by Whirlpool), boss and Chairman of the Panel, Jeff Fettig at 240 Edwards St. S.E., Cleveland, TN 37311, and was declined straight by his Executive Officer, Sara Gibson, to displace my 4th or fifth F1 faulting keyboard. I've been coping with these problems since 1999. Nothing else is wrong using the variety. They've develop reasons as far-fetched as my keyboard is plagued with cockroaches and also the cockroach droppings have triggered it to beep this F1 problem. I guarantee you, that's difficult, or is definitely an electric rise of any sort, or an extra spraying of cleansing liquid about the keypad or perhaps a boiling over of fluid in the stove... If something comes around on my stove, it operates towards the back left part, not straight within the front-center and down the keyboard. I've named, e-mailed and published characters of criticism, but still they'll not substitute the keyboard since my range has gone out of the guarantee period. Personally I think that since this keyboard problems frequently every 2 yrsapproximately, the guarantee shouldn't use. It's apparent to everybody except Maytag this is just a faulty component. I'll not quit the battle. It's been required that I return the stock-pile of faulty keypads to Maytag to become examined, combined with the decades of paperwork I've concerning this faulty component. I'm performing because they obtain within the expectations they'll recognize my request an upgraded keyboard at free. But in the same period, I've been informed the only path to get rid of me whilst the reason for the problem would be to analyze the keyboard although it is within the range, however they won't deliver a specialist to my house to complete that. Please write to Mr. Fettig and express your situation, in figures, perhaps we shall have speech enough to be noticed. I understand I'm not alone with this particular issue. Mr. Fettig has been cited stating "Your technique would be to improve the worthiness of our goods and manufacturers. Client commitment is definitely an essential section of this method, and Whirlpool (lately bought Maytag) development allows our individuals to produce these products and providers that pleasure our clients and develop shareholder value." Please advise Mr. Fettig of his perception in client commitment and items that delight clients.
