Their website makes all sorts of promises about how any ink cartridge can be refilled, but HP has installed a lock once their cartridges run out. 123 sent us a "reset" (lots of scotch tape on contacts, etc), but not for our HP cartridge. An email asking for the correct reset code (which was already WAY more of a hassle than their website indicates it would be to refill a cartridge) yielded the suggestion that I buy two new cartridges and do a little tango with the printer to fool it into thinking it was dealing with a full cartridge. At this point I asked for information on how to return the product per their "gaurantee" 123refills.com./guarantee.htm
Haven't heard anything, and don't expect to.
