Smugs about the contact and dirt about the watch display

I bought a DVD camcorder from samsclub.com market website for $320

Once The item came, it had been a open-box show design. With smugs about the contact and dirt about the watch display. The underneath had used scars sort the show tripod.

I called-up the client support plus they state that it's the things they market in market site!!!

Then why don't they say-so within the website, Why must I bet to get a show design? If it's a floor-model I'll bet accordingly. There's nothing within the website which claims that I'm bidding to get a available show floor-model.

Therefore warning to all-americans—never never buy type samsclub.com
