I had ordered a sony reciever from simply dicount electronic online store on may 24. A week later they said they will be shipping it out and should arrive by the end of the week or the beginning of the following week. So i waited, but nothing. I tried to call them number they had given me and left messages but they never called me back. I've also wrote e-mails after e-mails but no response. It has been over two months since i had ordered the item and they have taken the money out of my visa card. They finally called me the beginning of this week and apologize for the delay on my answering maching. I proceed to call them back and they said they would go ahead and send my item. She also said she would call me back and tell me the tracking number of this item. I waited two days and decided to call them back myself, and now the phone number is disconnected.
