Exactly what a dump!

On July 31, I bought a machine and dryer at Sears in Fort Collins, Co. Area of the purchase involved a promotional six-month offer of high-efficiency Hold soap (TIDEHE). I properly completed the refund form, connected a duplicate of the bill and shipped anything on August 8 towards the proper tackle based on the directions.

After waiting six months, I obtained a practically incoherent notice from Sears thanking me for selecting Sears and informing me the host to purchase wasn’t legitimate since it wasn’t Sears. The notice advised me that I'd to resubmit the paperwork easily still desired to engage. After calling the help quantity provided the letter and waiting 10 units to get a consultant, I had been informed the letter I obtained couldn’t be for that Wave marketing as there is no following identification (following identification was 681935144 based on the notice) within the computer. The client consultant explained there is nothing she might do and that I would need to resubmit. Therefore, I resubmitted the paperwork per the directions I obtained within the denial letter (that they couldn't perhaps have delivered me based on the client consultant), including a duplicate of the denial notice, a duplicate of the bill along with a backup of the stub I maintained in the refund form.

After waiting many weeks, I examined their online refund website (www.sears.com/discounts) to determine when the refund had been prepared; it wasn’t. And so I once more named customer support and was informed that there is no report of my refund distribution and that I would need to resubmit. I requested to consult with a boss, who requested me to get a weight of data before informing me the denial notice was submitted problem. She stated she'd move it on and that I might anticipate my refund in 4 to 6 months. I'd previously waited significantly more than ten months.

Today, some woman from Sears named me at the office and stated they required extra information before they might launch the soap deals. She requested for many rules in the bill, that we didn’t have with me at the office, obviously. Therefore tomorrow I'll take-all of the paperwork I've to work well with me and contact Sears back and provide them info that I've previously delivered twice by email.

I can't possibly start to let you know how furious I'm in the total and complete neglect, with which Sears has handled me like a client within this issue. I don’t understand basically may actually see-the soap deals they owe me, but I'll never, actually purchase something at Sears again. Exactly what a dump.
