Will not honor their RMA even though it was sent via U.S. Postal service, confirmed priority mail. The package is scanned by the delivering postal employee before handing over the package to a real person and the scan number is on file at the USPS. Their tactic is to stall for time and extend the date of the RMA. Numerous calls to the location resulted in "I have to speak with my supervisor" to "They're out to lunch they will call you when they get back". They say they will search their warehouse but I have a suspicion that no matter how long they search they won't find it cause someone at the location took the package home with them.
Beware!!!
