I had recently bought a product from the company. I purchased the durabrand c170 which is suppose to be a wireless mouse. After buying the product I was very happy until 2 hours later it went dead. I thought maybe it needing charging but after being on the charger cradle for 32 hours and still no activities. I thought that was very unexceptable.
I have been on their technical support website for a week and found that the online help is always offline. As well as the support phone number is never answered. If you visit the website you will see how many negative reports they have minus the 5 that have 4 or 5 stars all which have the same first name and different last name.
