Purchased Durabrand phone at Walmart 1/08. Programming instructions do not work... Needed cust service help and when I try to call Cust Serv # in manual, recording says its disconnected with no other way to contact... A number of reports state that they do not answer their emails and its like they dropped off face of earth. What am I suppose to do with this un-operational telephone and where is this company's customer support and what is Walmart thinking when they choose to represent and sell this company's products???
